توشہ خانہ کیس کے سلسلے میں عمران خان کے وارنٹ گرفتاری جاری کر دیے گئے ہیں اور تین دیگر مقدمات میں ان کی ضمانت ہو چکی ہے۔

 

اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے عمران خان کے خلاف قتل کے مقدمے میں 9 مارچ تک عبوری ضمانت منظور کر لی ہے۔۔

۔عمران خان کو عدالت میں پیشی کے بعد ضمانت پر رہا ہونے کی اجازت دے دی گئی۔ عدالت نے حکم دیا کہ انہیں 9 مارچ تک گرفتار نہ کیا جائے۔
۔عدالت نے عمران خان کو ایک ہزار ڈالر ادا کرنے کا حکم دیا۔ عدالت نے اسے ایسا کرنے کی ضمانت دی۔

توشہ خانہ کیس میں عمران خان کے عدالت میں پیش نہ ہونے پر ان کے وارنٹ گرفتاری جاری کردیئے۔

منگل کو اسلام آباد کی ڈسٹرکٹ اینڈ سیشن عدالت کے جج ظفر اقبال نے سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کے ایک مقدمے میں پیش نہ ہونے پر ان کے ناقابل ضمانت وارنٹ گرفتاری جاری کیے جس میں ان پر غلط کام کرنے کا الزام ہے۔
توشہ خانہ سے گھڑیاں اور دیگر سامان اثاثے ظاہر کیے بغیر لینے اور ضابطہ فوجداری کے تحت کارروائی کرنے پر عمران خان کی الیکشن کمیشن کی نااہلی سے متعلق ریفرنس عدالت کو موصول ہوا ہے۔

حکومت نے کہا ہے کہ وہ 7 فروری کو عمران خان پر فرد جرم عائد کرے گی لیکن اس وقت تک وہ کسی بھی سماعت کے لیے پیش نہیں ہوئے۔
جج ظفر اقبال نے کہا کہ عمران خان کو عدالت آنے کے کئی مواقع دیئے گئے لیکن وہ پیش نہیں ہوئے۔ اس لیے ان کی گرفتاری کے لیے وارنٹ جاری کیے گئے ہیں۔
منگل کو عمران خان دہشت گردی اور سرکاری افسران میں مداخلت کے الزامات کا جواب دینے کے لیے عدالت میں پیش ہوئے۔
عمران خان کے وکیل نے ان کی عبوری ضمانت کی درخواست کی جسے منظور کرلیا گیا۔
تحریک انصاف کے کارکنوں کے احتجاج کے دوران اسلام آباد میں جوڈیشل کمپلیکس کے دروازوں کو نقصان پہنچایا گیا۔
ترجمان اسلام آباد پولیس کا کہنا ہے کہ جوڈیشل کمپلیکس میں توڑ پھوڑ کرنے والے کے خلاف کارروائی کریں گے۔
اسلام آباد پولیس تحقیقات کر رہی ہے کہ جوڈیشل کمپلیکس میں گھس کر املاک کو کس نے نقصان پہنچایا۔ جو بھی سرکاری املاک کو نقصان پہنچائے گا وہ ذمہ دار ہوگا۔
ترجمان نے کہا کہ جس نے بھی سرکٹ کورٹ سے دروازہ کھولنے میں مدد کی اس کے خلاف عدالت کارروائی کرے گی۔ سی سی ٹی وی کیمروں سے شناخت کی جا رہی ہے۔
اسلام آباد کی بینکنگ کورٹ میں ممنوعہ فنڈنگ ​​کیس میں عمران خان کی عبوری ضمانت بھی منظور کرلی گئی۔
گرفتاری کے وارنٹ جاری ہونے پر عمران خان نے سیشن عدالت سے درخواست ضمانت واپس لے لی۔
خان کے وکلاء نے اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ سے کیس میں عبوری ضمانت کی درخواست کی۔ چیف جسٹس نے درخواست سماعت کے لیے مقرر کر دی۔
ہائی کورٹ کے رجسٹرار آفس نے عمران خان کی عبوری ضمانت کی درخواست پر اعتراض اٹھا دیا۔
رجسٹرار آفس کا کہنا ہے کہ درخواست پر دو مختلف دستخط ہیں۔
کچھ لوگوں کا کہنا ہے کہ عمران خان نے عبوری ضمانت کے لیے درخواست دائر کرتے وقت اپنے فنگر پرنٹس جمع نہیں کروائے اور وہ براہ راست ہائی کورٹ میں عبوری ضمانت کی درخواست کیسے دائر کر سکتے ہیں۔
